Safety in the House

This post may seem like a bad cop post or getting told off by Mummy or your teacher. It is written with love and care. We (Personal Organisers) want our clients to be safe and sound in their homes. No issues down the line.

Therefore, I cannot tell you how important it is to keep your home free of any safety-hazards! It will be worth it in the long run. If you take care, then that could prevent more parties getting involved down the line and no later burden for you to deal with. If unlucky it may be more serious, so please do take care.

Objects / Fire & Escape

If there are no clear pathways to escape, which includes exit doors and stairways. Any pathway to an exit or out of the room are important in case anything happens. There could be leaks, floods, fires or explosions. A house is a structure like any other and filled with items that may or may not be dangerous.

Chemicals / Pollution & Air

If there is no ventilation, you are prone to catching any bad air which could be invisible to the naked eye. This could come from many different sources.

Injuries & illnesses

If there are unprotected or unstable items places, sharp objects exposed, rodents, bodily fluids and more. This may be hidden or unknown. It doesn't hurt to do a bit of research and practice safety measures. Especially if you live alone.

Personal Safety

If you live alone, you may want to think about panic buttons, emergency numbers and phones accessible. Even cameras or alarms may be an idea if you are home more than usual.
