Service Description I can help you plan your selling effectively by, managing and doing the physical labour work of the selling process either with or without you (your choice to be involved). As a Professional Organiser & Declutterer I will use my skills, experience and knowledge by tidying, decluttering and getting rid of items in your space to make it a better environment for you. This will create a function where you will be able to not only find things better but manage your clutter and prevent overwhelm bulk randomly placed or dumped. I will take photo's, research selling platforms, list your items, sell your items to interested customers, package and post where needs be. We will discuss all and I will provide a scheduled plan beforehand. I will not only do the physical job, but also offer advice, help and provide resource links of tradesmen, else, arrange them for you. ***PLEASE NOTE: I do not buy items for you or collect or deliver. I do not own a car. WHAT IS INCLUDED? - Sorting items first and making photograph ready - Photographing multiple images very well - Researching pricing value for each item & various selling platforms - Create in-depth posted listings; Writing detailed descriptions, selecting various categories of brands, colour, material, size etc. & uploading photo's - Messaging buyers i.e. dealing with negotiations - Dealing with issues; Handling issues, returns or disputes - Packaging & posting THE PRICE: To keep things simple and fair based on the time involved, I require: £5 per item listed OR £30 per hour service (both where I list at your location). To bare in mind: + Items are varied + Some take longer to list and to sell - depending on demand, brands, pricing, research, etc. + Typical productivity is roughly 8–15 items per hour + Selling is fickle - there is no guarantee items will sell as it varies on item / time-period / seller
